Latourell Falls Loop (Before Construction, Currently Closed)

Here is the Latourell Falls Loop, BEFORE it was closed for construction. I like the Upper Latourell Falls better personally, that Waterfall Basin with the Wooden Bridge just had an epic feel to it, felt like a special place. If someone doesn't want to invest the effort into the whole hike though, Lower Latourell Falls is like 0.1 miles from the Trailhead and pretty spectacular, as generous of an effort-to-reward payoff as you will find!

I like that this area has that Wilderness Trail hiking experience in the mud/dirt after you get past Lower Latourell Falls. There is also a pretty good side trail down to Latourell Creek in the center of the hike worth checking out, its short.

Does anyone know when its going to re-open beyond what the website says? This one is also a Top 5 Waterfall Hike in Columbia River Gorge National Scenic Area for me.
