Hoyt, Washington Park 2-7

Post by ah23393 » February 8th, 2014, 8:20 pm

Just a few shots of the parts of the Wildwood Trail and the Redwood Trail. It was such a nice peaceful walk. I also enjoyed watching the kids sled and snowboard. I made it in and out before the snow started yesterday around one.

Looks nice up there, ah. I think we may have crossed paths at some point as we were up there around the same time too. It was an epic day! :)

Love it! Glad you could create and adventure in the snow yesterday!

My favorite picture is the palm tree, never seen a palm tree covered in snow!

It's a beautiful place year round but I especially like how it looks in the snow. So peaceful and serene.

It was a great day. I would have like to go on furthur, atleast to Pittock. I decided the walk back home wouldn't be as much fun once the snow started. I only saw a couple people near the Redwood Deck, other than that it was very quiet. I wish I'd have planned ahead and brought a sled!
