Balfour - Klickitat 2-8-09

I made a quick trip up the gorge on Sunday and made my first stop at Balfour-Klickitat Park in Lyle. It's not really a hike, just a 1/4 mile long paved trail. The plus side this time of year is a great chance to watch bald eagles. There were 3 adults and at least 7 other large birds that I think were young eagles.






Unfortunately it was a pretty dark day and the long range zooms are pretty ugly.
