Avalanche conditions higher up were very questionable, so I spent the day wandering around the lower slopes of Hood, simply enjoying the sunshine and snow. Just a couple of shots of the mountain and of a Mazamas group practicing snow climbing.







Once conditions settle, there's going to be some nice climbing on Hood!
