Re: Phlox Point with a baby! 8/29/14
Hi guys, this is my first post on Portland Hikers. I am psyched to finally have joined, I have been reading trip reports here for a long time to get ideas of where to hike, and what trails and routes are cleared. I wanted to comment because I have a 1 year old child myself and am a member of a cool group of Moms and Dads called Hike It Baby, which is on facebook and has its own website as well. Its a cool way for people with babies to get out and hike with other people with babies. This trip report has inspired me... if the babe sleeps well hopefully me and my little sapling(my son's name is Cypress) will be out in the Hamilton Mt. area tomorrow. Thanks for the report.
