Re: Anyone use this gadget?
I'm kind of embarrassed to admit it, but yes, I used that gadget a few years ago. In fact, my doctor prescribed it as part of my physical therapy when I tweaked a cervical disk. I was feeling considerable neck pain, and this device did help decompress my vertebrae, giving some temporary relief. My co-workers had a hard time not laughing when I used it at work. I'd only wear it periodically for 10 min. or so.

Re: Anyone use this gadget?
a guy came to my home and gave my this gadget after my spinal fusion doc prescribed it.
http://apps.djoglobal.com/bonestim/prod ... ult.asp#sf.
i asked the guy if i give it back nope only will do only 30 mins a day programed to do only prescribed # of treatments. he said thro it out or keep it for a trophy the insurance covered it but this thing was not cheap.
seems people sell used ones on line but i think just the timer runs. i guess if there is a danger of misuse of these things you can see the point.
but why not return them to the company reprogram it, maybe there is really just a few bucks of parts in them and assembled cheap somewhere and its cheaper to go new. with out insurance i would have refused it were talking thousands.
so bored i did research the tech on it and they have been proven to help at the most critical time of healing bones.
its the blue one
