Misprinted sign at Rainy Lake?

Post by astrostork » September 30th, 2013, 7:31 pm

First post. Love the field guide.

I did the Green Point Mountain Loop Hike http://www.portlandhikersfieldguide.org ... _Loop_Hike last Saturday just as described by bobcat.

I had a little confusion at the start, since I was looking a 409, but found a 490 instead (see pic). Seems like a sign misprint. Maybe the pic can get added to page to save someone from future head scratching.

Looks like a new sign and looks like transpositioning. Should be 409. Thanks for bringing this up.

Hi astrostork,

That's the second mislabeled sign at that trailhead. The trail sign pointing to Rainy Lake is spelled "Rainey."

I put in your picture on the trailhead page and referred to the transposed numbers.
