Defiance wildflowers ID?

Being the novice that I am, while doing the Defiance loop the other day, I found myself unable to identify 10 of the 26 different wildflowers I was surprised to have found. Any help would be much appreciated.

Found below the powerlines on the Starvation Tr.

I have been using the books and the internet, but sometimes frustration says just ask the ones who know. Thanks.

1) Taper-tip onion, Allium acuminatum

2) Fork-tooth ookow, Dichelostemma congestum (among other Latin synonyms)

3) Probably yellow salsify, Tragopogon dubius

4) Cascade penstemon, Penstemon serrulatus

5) Valerian, either Sitka or Scouler's -- hard to tell which without seeing the leaves

6) Vanilla-leaf, Achlys triphylla -- apparently only smells like vanilla when the leaves are dry/dead

7) Probably some kind of arnica

8) Leafy pea, Lathyrus polyphyllus

9) Probably white spirea, Spiraea betulifolia -- if it was a smallish plant and not a tree

10) No idea, but it might be in the parsley family

Thanks Adam. The Cascade Penstemon is the only one I had a clue on, but it seemed awfully early in the season. But then again, the season can't be much earlier.

I've come to the conclusion that the last one must be yarrow (Achillea millefolium)... which is not in the parsley family. But no other plant's leaves look like that, and members of the parsley family don't bud like that.

(My first thought was yarrow based on the leaves, but I initially didn't like that idea because the individual yarrow flowers look pretty different once they've matured a bit; you start seeing disk flowers in the middle of the ray flowers, and the ray flowers become wavy/ridged. But these early flowers look like parsley or mustard!)
