Hmm - the 4-petals put it in the mustard family, a very large family :-)

Possibly Drummond's rockcress (Arabis drummondii). It is alpine and subalpine, springtime, and likes open areas.

But there are a lot of little white mustards, so this is basically a guess.

pays lee is right - it's an Arabis, but probably not Drummond's as that is not found in the Ochocos. Most likely hairy rock cress (Arabis hirsuta).

Another possibility is Large Mountain Bittercress (Cardamine cordifolia).
