Seen on the Eagle Creek trail of the Salmon-Huckleberry Wilderness, quiet a few small bones in there.

Size? Left prominently on a trail?

About 4" just about the middle of the trail.

Ok, let me try this differently. What was the cross section of a piece of scat in terms US coin diameters? Was the scat bigger or smaller than a Quarter?
