Hey everyone. I hope you all are having fun and staying safe on the trails. I encountered these while hiking the Alder Flat Trail, which is about 1 miles west of Ripplebrook. Here's a few pics:
They are very beautiful, little drops of nearly transparent "something." I couldn't locate a name for them, so I'm identifying them as Maiden's Teardrops until I learn their correct name. Any ideas?

Will, I think these are either slug eggs or some kind of oozing slime mold.

So is it flora or fauna? Slug eggs or slime/algae?

I suspect these are jelly mushrooms, possibly young versions of "jelly ear" which will grow up to be weird-looking even by mushroom standards.
I wanted them to be newt eggs, but you'd be able to see the little tadpole inside if they were
