Wait, so cheesecloth is for keeping cheese?

I learn something new every day.

I also want to second the mini-bon bel. Kinda expensive, but fun for a backpacking trip.

It's a no brainer if you know you'll be camping near snow.

I packed in cheese and butter on my last multi-day trip. I used the bag from my cookset to pack with snow and hang with my other food bag, re-supplying with fresh snow every day, and it kept my dairy products nice and cold. Lemme tell ya, melted butter in my oatmeal on day 4 was absolutely divine.
Will break trail for beer.
